Little Stingers (4-6)

Our Little Stingers program is designed to introduce Jiu Jitsu to young, developing minds. Basic technique and positional control is learned through repetition, and often disguised as a game to play with their classmates. Specific warm ups and exercises are chosen to help children gain better coordination and motor control while increasing their capacity for proper movement patterns and mobility. Working with their peers as partners and end of class Mat Chats help children grow social skills and learn to work as a team.

Classes are 30 minutes in length and are taught by our Black Belt Head Instructor Professor Chris Noonan and an assistant coach to ensure every student is receiving the attention and help that they may need.

Kids Jiu Jitsu (7-13)

Our Kids Jiu Jitsu program is designed to instill a Champions Mindset in our youth, and create the next generation of World Champions. While a great source of exercise and incredibly fun, we create an environment that begins with discipline, consistency, and respect.

The goal was to create a curriculum that would provide a foundation for all students to thrive under giving them not only a reliable base in what Jiu Jitsu is at it’s core, but the skills and creative thinking needed to push the Art forward in a progressive way at the Advanced Ranks.

Class is taught by our Black Belt Head Instructor Professor Chris Noonan, and has assistant coaches on the mat to ensure every student is receiving the attention and help that they may need.

While it is not required for a student to compete. We encourage everyone to try it in their own time and those that do, compete at a high level, and do it well.

Kids Fundamentals class are 60 minutes in length.

Kids Advanced classes are 90 minutes in length.
